Reciprocal power means (41) are mounted and arranged between the leg support means (33) and the additional support means (29) in a manner such that when the user operates the arresting means (31) to immobilise the additional support means, the swinging movement of the user's body weight against the reciprocal power means (41) via the leg support means (33) produces backward swinging motion of the user about the horizontal support means (15).
